Dubai — Harshad Group successfully organized its grand annual event “Harshad’s Conclave 2025 – Beyond Boundaries” at the Two Seasons Hotel, Dubai Internet City on November 9. The event celebrated the company’s 50-year journey of growth, innovation, and teamwork.

Company Chairman Bhupesh Dhakan shared the inspiring story of Harshad Group’s history and achievements. He said the company’s success is the result of his sons’ strong leadership, the family’s dedication, and the honest efforts of all employees.

Chief Executive Officer Deven Dhakan spoke about the company’s progress through improved systems and management. “Our system is our assistant,” he said. “With strong systems, work becomes easier, faster, and more transparent.”

Chief Strategy Officer Piyush Dhakan highlighted Harshad Group’s future goals and expansion plans. He praised the honesty, commitment, and responsibility of the company’s staff, saying, “The true strength of Harshad lies in its loyal and dedicated employees.”

Chief Financial Officer Himanshu Dhakan shared updates on the company’s current position and future financial goals. He added, “At Harshad, anyone can grow based on their hard work and skills. Effort and ability define success here.”

The event also included a ‘Rewards & Recognition’ session, where outstanding employees from different departments were honored for their dedication and performance.
